Delayed or Lost Shipment?
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@wowheads.in with your order number. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Address Change & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee address changes once the package has been shipped.
Returns
At Wowheads, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's how returns work.
✅ Eligible for Returns
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item was lost in transit (verified by our shipping partner)
Products must be reported within 2 days of receipt
❌ Not Eligible for Returns
- Custom-made items (such as caricatures or bobble heads created from your photos) are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect
- Minor variations in colour, finish, or detailing are normal for hand-painted products and are part of their unique charm
Steps to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@wowheads.in within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the product and its packaging
- Provide a brief reason for the return
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once the return is approved and inspected, you'll receive a confirmation email
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the crafting process has not yet started.
⚠️ Important Note
Once production begins—especially for personalised or custom products—cancellation is not possible.
