Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Wowheads, we’re committed to delivering your favorite collectibles quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read below for details on our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped. Customised orders will take longer to ship, depending upon the time to finalise and process the design.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delayed or Lost Shipment

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, reach out to us at support@wowheads.in with your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Address Change and Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order. If you made a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes once the package is shipped.

 

Return

At Wow Heads, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how you can return it:

Eligibility for Returns:

Because our products are custom-made, we only offer returns or replacements in specific cases. The products are eligible for return if:

    •  The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • The item was lost in transit (verified by our shipping partner).
    • If Eligible, products must be returned within 2 days of receipt

Not Eligibility for Returns:

    •  Custom-made items (like caricatures and wobble heads created from your photos) cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect.
    • Slight variations in colour, finish, or minor imperfections are normal in hand-painted products and are a part of their charm.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

    • Email us at support@wowheads.in within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging.
    • Provide a brief reason for the return
    •  Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund/Exchange

    •  Once the return is approved and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Cancellation

    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order — provided the crafting has not yet started.

    • Once production begins, especially for personalized products, cancellation is not possible.
